PROPERTY PREPARATION Please have the property cleaned, staged, and photo-ready before your scheduled appointment. Personal items and clutter should be removed, countertops cleared, beds made, lights operational, pets secured, and all areas being photographed accessible. Coverage begins at the scheduled appointment time. Preparation delays may reduce the amount of coverage completed.

Appointment rescheduling must be done within 24hrs in order to avoid another deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
