Service Description
About This Service: Built for clients producing multiple events who need consistent, professional video content. This package delivers individual event recaps, social media content, and a combined highlight film that showcases the complete event series. What's Included: -Professional videography for up to 4 events -Up to 12 total hours of event coverage -One professionally edited 60–90-second recap per event -One separate 15–30-second vertical social media Reel per event -One combined 2–3-minute event-series highlight film -Professional color grading and sound design -Coordinated production scheduling -Digital video delivery Delivery: Custom timeline established before production. Pricing: Starting at $4,500. Final pricing is based on event scheduling, locations, production requirements, and deliverables.
Additional Services & Booking Policies
Appointment rescheduling must be done within 24hrs in order to avoid another deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable. -Event Videography: $250 per additional hour (filming only) -Additional edited social media Reels: Starting at $150 -Additional video editing: Custom quote -Raw video footage: Available by request and subject to additional fees -Rush delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee Videography Editing: All videography packages include the edited deliverables specified in the selected package. Additional edits, full-length recordings, and raw footage are not included unless otherwise arranged. Travel: Additional travel fees may apply for events more than 40 miles outside Greensboro, North Carolina. Destination and multi-location events are quoted separately. Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Additional coverage and services are subject to availability. Delivery: Photography galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Videography turnaround varies by package and production requirements. Delivery timelines begin after the event and receipt of any necessary client materials.
