About This Service: Capture your event through both professional photography and video. The Event Duo Mini provides dedicated coverage of your gathering, delivering polished photographs and a cinematic highlight video that preserve your most memorable moments. What's Included: -Up to 2 hours of professional photography and videography -Dedicated photography and video coverage -Guests, décor, atmosphere, and event highlights -All usable, professionally edited photographs -One professionally edited 30–45-second highlight video -Private online photo gallery -High-resolution photo downloads -Digital video delivery Photography Delivery: Within 5–7 business days. Video Delivery: Within 7–10 business days.
Additional Services & Booking Policies
Appointment rescheduling must be done within 24hrs in order to avoid another deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional Services & Booking Policies Additional Coverage: -Event Photography: $175 per additional hour -Event Videography: $250 per additional hour (filming only) -Photography + Videography: $400 per additional hour (shooting only) Editing & Additional Deliverables: -Advanced photo retouching: Starting at $25 per image -Additional edited social media Reels: Starting at $150 -Additional video editing: Custom quote -Raw video footage: Available by request and subject to additional fees -Rush delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee Photography Editing: All event photography packages include standard professional editing, such as color correction, exposure adjustments, white balance, cropping, and overall image enhancement. All usable images selected by the photographer are delivered. Advanced individual retouching is not included. Videography Editing: All videography packages include the edited deliverables specified in the selected package. Additional edits, full-length recordings, and raw footage are not included unless otherwise arranged. Travel: Additional travel fees may apply for events more than 40 miles outside Greensboro, North Carolina. Destination and multi-location events are quoted separately. Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Additional coverage and services are subject to availability. Delivery: Photography galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Videography turnaround varies by package and production requirements. Delivery timelines begin after the event and receipt of any necessary client materials.
