About This Service: Designed for events requiring extended production coverage and more detailed visual storytelling. From the venue and atmosphere to major activities and performances, this package creates a complete cinematic representation of your event's most important moments. What's Included: -Up to 6 hours of professional event videography -Comprehensive coverage of event activities and key moments -Guests, entertainment, performances, and venue details -One professionally edited 3–5-minute cinematic event film -Three separate 15–30-second vertical social media Reels -Professional color grading -Licensed music and sound design -Digital video delivery Delivery: Within 14–21 business days.
Additional Services & Booking Policies
Appointment rescheduling must be done within 24hrs in order to avoid another deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable. -Event Videography: $250 per additional hour (filming only) -Additional edited social media Reels: Starting at $150 -Additional video editing: Custom quote -Raw video footage: Available by request and subject to additional fees -Rush delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee Videography Editing: All videography packages include the edited deliverables specified in the selected package. Additional edits, full-length recordings, and raw footage are not included unless otherwise arranged. Travel: Additional travel fees may apply for events more than 40 miles outside Greensboro, North Carolina. Destination and multi-location events are quoted separately. Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Additional coverage and services are subject to availability. Delivery: Photography galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Videography turnaround varies by package and production requirements. Delivery timelines begin after the event and receipt of any necessary client materials.
